It uses the factory tank strap and mounting holes for bolt up. Run 3/16" sides, with 4 cut outs to let water and dirt exit from the skid. The skid uses the north west tanks J.hook for the drivers side mount, and you need to drill a hole on the passenger side frame for a nut and bolt set up. Some CJs require you to drill 2 outer holes in the front cross member for mounting. You gain a 1/4" of clearance from the differential. We have also moved the skid to the passenger side of the jeep for more driver side shock clearance. You also gain 1-1/2" of ground clearance, and about a 1/4" to more from the differential. Run 3/16" sides, with 6 cut outs for drainage. Heavy-Duty protection for 15-gallon tanks. Run 3/16" sides, with 4 cut outs for drainage.
